摘要
2010年以来湖北省部分地区蛋鸭群出现了严重的产蛋下降以及持续性死亡,对发病鸭进行了病理剖检以及病毒的PCR鉴定。其中用RT-PCR检测鸭黄病毒为阳性,禽流感病毒、新城疫病毒和减蛋综合征病毒均为阴性。对PCR扩增的鸭黄病毒目的片段进行回收测序,将测序结果与黄病毒属的7个不同的病毒群进行序列比对,表明该病毒与黄病毒科黄病毒属恩塔亚病毒群的坦布苏病毒THCAr株和sitiawan株同源性较高,分别为89.3%和87.1%,具有较近的遗传进化关系。
A disease causing severe egg drop and duck death was observed at many breeder duck farms in Hubei province since 2010. The samples showed positive to flavivirus, but negative to avian influenza virus, Newcastle disease virus and egg-drop syndrome virus by RT-PCR detection. The Sequence analysis based on the amplified flavivirus gene revealed that the strain was closely related to strain THCAr and sitiawan which submited to Ntaya virus group of Flavivirus genus in Fla- viviridae family, and the identity was 89.3% and 87.1%, respectively.
