微波消解-原子吸收法测定菱角中微量元素

摘要 通过微波消解仪消解菱角样品,运用原子吸收光谱法测定菱角中Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn、Ca、Mg 6种微量元素的含量。同时考察了不同微波消解条件对分析结果的影响,优化了原子吸收分光光度法测定的最佳条件。结果显示,菱角中Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn、Ca、Mg的含量分别为23.282、0.103、0.958、5.879、67.786、10.382μg/g,回收率在93.05%~104.75%之间。 Water chestnut was digested by microwave digestion before determination, and the six trace elements of Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn, Ca, Mg in water chestnut were determined by microwave FAAS. The samples were digested with nitric acid and the conditions of digestion were optimized. The effect of different microwave digestion conditions on the analysis results was investigated, and the optimal condition for atomic absorption spectrophotometry was used. The contents of six trace elements of Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn, Ca, Mg in water chestnut were 23.282, 0.103, 0.958,5.879, 67.786, 10.382 μg/g. The recovery of this method was between 93.05% and 104.75%.
