摘要
茄子(Solanum melongena L.)具有很强的杂种优势,杂交品种比常规品种能增产20%~30%以上,目前生产上推广的茄子品种中大多数属于杂交一代,而茄子的人工杂交制种种子产量和质量受到诸多因素的影响,制约着优良杂交种子的推广应用。试验设置重复授粉次数对茄子人工杂交制种的影响效果进行了探讨,结果表明,适当的重复授粉次数能提高茄子杂交果实的坐果率及杂交种子的产量。
Solanum melongena L.had strong heterosis.Hybrid varieties could increase yield by 20% to 30% or more compared with conventional cultivars.The S.melongena varieties now used in China belonged to hybrid generation.The yield and quality of the hybrid seeds was influenced by many factors.The effect of pollination times on hybrid seed production was studied.The results showed that appropriate times of repeated pollination could increase fruit setting rate and hybrid seed production.
