摘要
石蜡切片是一种常规的生物组织形态结构研究手段。由于蕨类植物不同世代的样本具有显著差异,仅依常规流程进行石蜡制片与切片,往往不能达到预期的效果。在实际操作中,操作者会遇到一些书本上没有答案的难题,从而影响试验的进程与操作。试验以荷叶铁线蕨(Adiantum reniforme L.var.sinense Y.X.Lin)为材料,探讨了蕨类植物石蜡切片的制作流程,并针对在常规石蜡切片中易出现的问题进行了探讨,提出了相应的解决方法。
The process,embedding and section of paraffin section were usually performed in plant structure studies.Hand proceeding could be performed according to the routine procedure,but the expected results might not be obtained because of the different tissue characters of ferns.In the concrete operations,some problems which were not mentioned in books might disturb the researches.The procedures of making paraffin section was simplified using Adiantum reniforme L.var.sinense Y.X.Lin as material.Simultaneously some common problems and corresponding solution during the routine way were put forward.
