摘要
目的:了解64所三级医院"优质护理服务示范工程"开展的成效,为全面推进三级医院的护理服务工作提供依据。方法:依据卫生部2010年"医疗质量万里行"护理管理调查的标准和要求进行调研,对64所三级医院"优质护理服务示范工程"的开展情况进行调查。结果:各三级医院"优质护理服务示范工程"成绩与问题并存。结论:三级医院"优质护理服务示范工程"仍需继续完善和推广,以发挥示范带头作用。
Objective： To explore the effect of high quality nursing service of tertiary level hospitals in order to improve the higher quality nursing service in province. Methods： According to the standards and requirements of nursing management of the Ministry of Health ＂Medical quality tour＂in 2010, the effects of high quality nursing service of 64 tertiary level hospitals was reviewed. Results： The project of high quality nursing service of tertiary level hospitals contains achievements and problems. Conclusion： Tertiary level hospitals＇ high quality nursing service still need to continue to improve and promote in order to play the lead role.
