摘要 随着中国城市规模逐步增大,大量高污染的工业由城区迁往郊区,城镇周边的生态环境质量恶化趋势明显;同时,中国目前对于乡镇的环境问题关注不够,缺乏有针对性的城镇生态环境评价方法。本文在总结前人成果的基础上,提出了镇域生态安全风险定量分析的评价指标体系以及GRP-IAHP-R评价模型,然后通过实地收集数据,使用该方法对武汉某郊区进行了定量风险分析。通过理论分析和实地验证表明,该方法不仅对生态环境风险进行评价是可行的、可靠的、客观的,而且能很好地反映生态环境现状,是适合中国城镇进行生态环境风险定量计算与分析的方法。 With China's gradual urbanization drive, many highly contaminative industries migrated to suburban districts and the deterioration of eco - environment quality in towns is evident. At present, the evaluation methodology of eco - environmental quality with regard to town is insufficient due to little attention was paid to eco - environment problems of towns in China. The 43 preselected indicators for town were confirmed by frequency statistics method based on studying information and summing - up of previous research results. The preseleeted indicators were selected by using analysis theory and practice (ATP) , Delphi expert consultation law and rough set attribute reduction method (RSARM). A systemic indicator system for eco - environment evaluation of town was put forward. Then, a model GRP - IAHP - R was brought forward based on these indicators and summing up results of previous studies. At last, case study of Z district of Wuhan city was carried out by using the indicator system and model by collecting field date and doing field survey. Resuhs of theoretical analysis and authentication showed that this method not only can evaluate eco - environment feasibly, reliably, objectively, but also can be to carry out in evaluation of eco - environment quality for town comprehensively and objectively. It is a suitable method for eco - environmental quantitative risk analysis of Chinese towns.
