摘要
仅仅完善大学治理结构并不能实现大学的有效治理。大学内部的人际关系、中高层行政人员的领导力,对于大学能否实现有效治理至关重要。我国大学要真正实现有效治理,需要进行"顶层设计",用一种系统的眼光审视存在的问题,既要完善大学治理结构,又要重视组织文化建设。
Only perfecting the university governance structure can not realize the effective governance of university.The inner relationship and the leadership of senior and middle level administrators are very important to the effective governance of universities.The realization of effective governance of Chinese universities needs a "top-level design" and examining the existing problems from a systematic perspective,which includes not only the perfection of the governance structure,but also the construction of organizational culture.
