摘要 利用静电纺丝法制备了聚羟基丁酸酯(PHB)纤维膜,探讨了不同溶剂体系的PHB纺丝溶液性质及其纤维直径分布和纤维形貌;研究了加热和蒸气灭菌对PHB纤维膜的力学性能和亲水性的影响。结果表明:采用氯仿/N-N二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)复合溶剂体系,提高了PHB纤维膜的可纺性,纤维平均直径由2 3μm下降到1.0μm,但纤维粗细不匀增加;96℃真空灭菌和120℃蒸气灭菌后,PHB纤维膜的断裂强力和断裂伸长都有不同程度的提高;蒸气灭菌后PHB纤维膜的静态接触角增大,亲水性下降。 Polyhydroxybutyrate(PHB) fiber membrane was prepared via electrospinning process.The properties of spinning solution using different solvents and the diameter distribution and morphology of the resulted fiber were discussed.The effects of heating and steam sterilization on the mechanical properties and hydrophilicity of PHB fiber membrane were studied.The results showed that chloroform/N-N dimethylformamide(DMF) mixed solvent system improved the spinnability of PHB fiber membrane and decreased the fiber average diameter from 2.3μm to 1.0μm,but the diameter evenness decreased.Vacuum sterilization at 96℃and steam sterilization at 120℃made the breaking strength and elongation of PHB fiber membrane both increase to some degree.The static contact angles of PHB fiber membrane rose and the hydrophilicity dropped after steam sterilization.
