摘要
通过聚酯熔体输送的相关模型,存已知输送管道等设备结构参数的情况下,计算模拟了初始熔体特性粘数([η]_O)、熔体温度(T_O)、熔体流量(G)及热媒温度(T_(sb))对熔体特性粘数降(△[η])、温升(△T)及停留时间(t)的影响,并进行权重分析。结果表明:拟合得到了△[η]、△T和t的权重分析式,[η]_O对△[η]及△T的影响权重最大,而t只受G的影响;较低的[η]_O,T_O及T_(sb)有利于降低△[η];较高的[η]_O、较低的T_O及调高T_(sb)有利于提高△T。
The effects of initial melt intrinsic viscosity([η]0),melt temperature(T0 ),melt flow(G ) and heating medium temperature(Tsb) on the melt intrinsic viscosity drop(Δ[η]),temperature rise(ΔT) and residence time(t ) were calculated and simulated through a corresponding melt transportation model based on the given equipment structure parameters. The weight analysis was also conducted.The results showed that the weight analytic equations bearing uponΔ[η],ΔT and t were obtained through fitting.[η]_0 had the most significant weight effect onΔ[η]andΔT when t was only affected by G.Relatively low[η]0,T0 and Tsb was good to decreaseΔ[η],and relatively high[η]0 and low T0 and Tsb rationally increased was helpful for the increase of ΔT.
