摘要
介绍了一个虚拟换档试验台的实时模型,用于手动换档的虚拟设计。该试验台使工程师能够即时体验设计上的变化对换挡舒适性产生的影响。实时模型由一个完整的动力传动系统和包含外部换档联杆机构的变速器详细建模而成;分析了在实时仿真环境下,主要设计参数的变化对舒适性的影响,为了缩减计算时间以便在dSPACE平台上实时运行,进行了模型简化。
This paper studies on a real time model of a virtual gear shifting test bench in terms of virtual development of manual gear shifting.This test bench gives engineers the real time feeling of how the comfort of gear shifting is influenced while changing the design.This real time model is a complete transmission system consisting of gear shifting connecting rods and detail gear box model.How the main design parameters will influence the comfort of gear shifting will be simulated in this real time simulation environment.This model is a simplified one to reduce the calculation cycle time in order to fit the operational cycle time in the DSPACE real time platform.
