摘要
根据聚苯乙烯板保温机理、板的铺设、试验观测项目和测点布置,分析了渠道不同坡面、部位和板厚在多个埋深处的地温、冻深、含水量和冻胀量变化规律及其特征;总结了设聚苯乙烯保温板的厚度,相应提高地温、削减冻深和冻胀量的效果。研究成果已在内蒙古大型灌区中大面积推广应用,大大提高了衬砌渠道工程寿命。
This paper discusses the insulation mechanism of polystyrene,the laying of board,experiment observation project and measuring point arrange;the variation pattern of ground temperature,deep freeze,water content and frost heave of channel with different slope,parts and thickness have been importantly clarified in more different depth,and the features have also been analyzed.According to experiment research results,the effects of increasing ground temperature,reducing deep freeze and frost heave have been analyzed and summarized with different thickness of polystyrene insulation board.This research results have been widely promoted and applied in large-scale irrigation of Inner Mongolia,which improve the useful life of lining channel projects greatly.
