摘要
以八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)、N-β-(氨乙基-)γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷(602)为原料,四甲基氢氧化铵为催化剂,合成氨基硅油;再用聚醚818对其进行改性,合成了聚醚改性氨基硅油。结果表明,最佳合成工艺条件为:制备氨基硅油反应温度为120℃,反应时间为5.5h,聚醚改性反应温度为88~92℃左右,反应时间为4.5h;最佳原料配比为:催化剂用量为0.06%,n(D4)∶n(602)=1∶0.15~1∶0.20,m(聚醚818)∶m(氨基硅油)=30%,所用氨基硅油分子量为3500~4200,异丙醇用量为35%。在该工艺条件下制得的聚醚硅油用作皮革柔软剂和滑爽剂,可使皮革具有柔软丰满的手感、优异持久的滑爽效果。
With the materials of octamethyl cyclotetrasiloxane,silane coupler KH-602 and tetramethylammonium hydroxide,a amino silicone had been synthetized.And then a hydrophilic silicone oil modified with polyether was prepared by reacting with polyether 818.Results showed that the optimal synthetic conditions were as follows: 120 ℃ of reaction temperature,5.5 hours of reaction time in the reaction of preparing amino silicone;88 to 92 ℃ of reaction temperature,4.5 hours of reaction time,0.06% of catalyst,n(D4)∶n(602) = 1∶0.15~1∶0.20,m(Polyether)∶m(amino silicone) = 30%,3500~4200 molecular weight of amino silicone,35% of isopropanol in the reaction of preparing polyether silicone.under those conditions,the polyether silicone,as a softener and smooth agent of leather,could make leather keep plump soft touch and excellent lasting smooth effect.
