摘要
在滤清器开发的过程中引入计算流体力学技术。根据流体流动的基本规律,将滤清器中的滤层等效于多孔介质进行三维流场计算。以Darcy方程为基础,通过滤材厂商提供的材料特定参数计算出CFD计算所需的多孔介质开孔率、粘性阻力系数和惯性阻力系数,并在实验台上对比验证了仿真结果的精确性。
Lead in CFD technology during the filter development. According to the basic rule of fluid, the filter material was calculated as porous for three-dimensional. Base on the Darcy equation and material parameters which are provided by vender, calculated the fluid porosity, viscous resistance and inertial resistance for CFD calculation. Verified the precision of simulation result on the test-bed.
