摘要
多连杆压力机相对普通曲柄压力机有快速接近工件、低速加工、慢速脱模、快速回升的优点。本文对多连杆压力机传动系统进行建模,分析了传动系统各参数对多连杆压力机滑块运动规律的影响。介绍了一种优化设计方法:根据客户对拉深过程中的滑块速度提出的特殊要求,在我公司生产的多连杆机械压力机STPL-500标准机器传动机构的基础上,利用SCILAB遗传算法工具箱进行多目标优化设计。列举了优化实例,并对比优化前后的滑块行程、滑块速度、传动角曲线及现场调试结果来说明其优化效果。
Multi-bar presses have the advantages of quick approaching workpiece,low speed drawing and demould,quick return compared with common presses.Multi-bar presses transmission system was built,and the effect of system parameters on presses slide movement were analyzed.An optimum design method was introduced that the multi-objective optimization design was carried out based on the analysis and the optimization model of our corporation's multi-bar presses STPL-500 transmission by using SCILAB genetic algorithm toolbox according to customers' special requirements in the drawing slide speed.An example was given to declare the optimize effective by comparing slide stroke curves,slide speed curves,driving angle curves,and the result of preoperation before and after optimization.
