轴棒法C/C复合材料界面刚度性能的研究 被引量:3

摘要 以渐进损伤方法和双线性内聚力模型为理论基础,结合ABAQUS用户子程序USDFLD对轴棒法C/C复合材料的界面刚度进行了研究。结果表明,轴棒法C/C复合材料的界面切向刚度介于1.0×105~0.5×104 N/mm3;当界面刚度取值过高时,计算得到的极限破坏载荷过低;当界面刚度取值过低时,计算得到的弹性模量偏低。 On the base of progressive damage method and bilinear cohesive model, interface stiffness research of C/C composite made by axial rod method was investigated. The analysis results show that interface tangent stiffness value is in the range of 1.0×10^5~0.5×10^4N/mm3;, the computational limit destruction load is too low when interface stiffness value is too high, and the computational elastic modulus is too low when interface stiffness value is too law.
