摘要
良性前列腺增生症(BPH)是中老年男性的常见病,其发病机制至今仍未完全阐明。目前大量的研究已证实前列腺增生症的发病过程中发生了细胞凋亡的异常改变,细胞增殖凋亡失衡作为BPH的众多发病机制之一,其研究正在不断深入。Bcl-2和凋亡抑制蛋白是细胞凋亡过程中起关键调控作用的两类基因家族,它们的异常表达在BPH发病中所起的作用也越来越受重视。通过认识BPH的细胞凋亡及其相关调控基因的作用机制,对基础研究及药物靶点的筛选都有一定的指导意义。
The pathogenesis of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH),a common disease usually seen in middle-aged and old male patients,is still not fully elaborated.Numerous studies have confirmed its occurance accompanied with the abnormal changes of apoptosis.Therefore,the study of imbalance between cell proliferation and apoptosis as one pathogenesis of BPH is deepening.Bcl-2 and apoptosis inhibitor protein are two gene family that play key regulatory role in apoptosis,their abnormal expressions in BPH.gain increasing attention By understanding apoptosis of BPH and its relative regulatory genes in the mechanism,we will better the basic research and drug target selection.
