摘要
近年研究发现创伤性颅脑损伤后机体炎性细胞因子表达异常,引起炎性反应。同种炎性细胞因子在不同损伤患者或同一患者不同阶段发挥作用不同,对颅脑损伤引起的继发性脑缺血有损伤作用,也可通过抗炎和抗凋亡作用而发挥神经保护作用。各种炎性细胞因子之间又互相诱导、相互制约,共同参与了颅脑损伤引起继发性脑缺血的病理生理过程。现将与创伤性颅脑损伤后密切相关的炎性细胞因子进行综述。
Recent studies have found that the abnormal expressions of inflammatory cytokines after traumatic brain injury,cause inflammatory reactions.Different kinds of inflammatory cytokines play different roles in patients with different damages or at different stages,such as the ischemia of secondary brain from the injury,the nerve protective effects through the anti-inflammatory and antiapoptotic effects,and the induction and restraint between each other in various inflammatory cytokines,to ultimately participate in the secondary brain ischemic pathophysiology process caused by a brain injury.Inflammatory cytokines closely related to traumatic brain injury are summarized below.
