摘要
医疗装备保障是突发卫生事件应急预案的关键内容。如何科学合理地做好战备和突发事件医疗卫生对装备和器材的储备和管理是部队和政府卫生部门一项必不可少的基础工作。根据应急医疗情况的特殊性,分析了应急医疗装备管理中存在的普遍性问题,重点对应急医疗装备的配置原则和管理要点进行了研讨,阐述了应急医疗装备配置对策,不仅满足了应急装备的储备要求,同时保证了在和平时期设备资源充分发挥效益,尤其重要的是保持了装备运行状态的良好及应用技术和操作使用的熟练,总结出了操作性强、管理效益显著、具有社会推广意义的应急医疗装备保障方法。
Medical equipment safeguard is a health emergencies of the key content.How to scientifically and reasonably well combat readiness,and emergency medical treatment sanitation on equipment and the equipment the reserves and management is the army and the government department of health an essential basic work.In this paper,according to the emergency medical situation,analyzes the particularity of the emergency medical equipment management in the universality of the existing problems,focusing on emergency medical equipment configuration principle and management were discussed,this paper expounds the main points of the emergency medical equipment configuration countermeasures,not only meets the emergency equipment reserve requirements and keep the peace period in equipment resources give full play to the benefits,especially the important part is keeping the equipment running status of good and application technology and the operation of the skilled use,and summarizes method hold strong operational,do the management benefit significantly,has social significance for popularization of emergency medical equipment safeguard method.
