摘要
介绍超滤+臭氧工艺在再生水厂的应用,采用长期的生产经验及数据,分析超滤膜技术及臭氧脱色技术的运行参数.结果表明,根据实际运行情况提出的超滤膜清洗频次和合理的化学清洗药液的使用,可使超滤系统保持长期稳定运行及出水水质稳定;通过运行数据的不断积累,摸索出合理的臭氧投加量.
This article focuses on analysis of the practical applications of ultrafiltration and ozone bleaching technology in the wastewater treatment industry,and according to the long-term operation experience and the actual data, analyses the operational technological parameters of both the ultrafiltration and the ozone bleaching. The results show that the cleaning frequency of ultrafihration membrane and the external liquid usage,which were determined by practical operation, can make the system and product water stable for a long-term. A optimal level of ozone achieved from the operational data.
