摘要
目的测定丙泊酚意识消失的半数有效量(ED50)和意识消失的全量,并探讨其与剂量关系。方法将48例患者分为两组(n=24),采用序贯给药法测定丙泊酚意识消失的ED50,意识消失全量的测定是以20mg/(kg.h)速度泵入丙泊酚直至患者眼睑反射消失,和对呼喊没有反应(意识消失指标)时停止泵药,记录泵入时间并计算丙泊酚用量。结果丙泊酚意识消失的ED50和全量分别是1.018mg/kg(95%CI,0.785-1.320 mg/kg)和(1.856±0.265)mg/kg。结论丙泊酚意识消失的ED50值为1.018mg/kg,意识消失的全量约为1.8 ED50。
Objective To determine the dose of propofol at which 50% and 100% of patients fall into unconsciousness,and explore the relation between them.Methods 48patients were randomly divided equally into two groups(n=24),50% of patients of loss of consciousness(LOC) for propofol were studied by sequential experimental method,and 100% of patients of LOC for propofol were studied by the method which propofol were continuously pumped through vein at the speed of 20mg/(kg·h) until the patients loss of responses to eyelash stimulation and verbal command.Results The median effective dose(ED50) and 100% effective dose of propofol for LOC(95% CI) were respectively 1.018(0.785-1.320) mg/kg and(1.856±0.265)mg/kg.Conclusion The ED50 of propofol for LOC is 1.018 mg/kg,and the 100% effective dose of propofol for LOC is 1.8 ED50.
