摘要
采用响应面法优化微波辅助提取黑木耳多糖的工艺。以提取温度,提取时间,微波功率及提取剂pH为变量,黑木耳多糖提取率为响应值,通过SAS软件建立数学模型,优化并确定提取工艺的最佳参数:温度95℃、时间25min、微波功率860W、提取剂pH7.0,按此参数,黑木耳多糖的提取率可达16.53%。
Response Surface methodology(RSM) was used to optimize the microwave-assisted extraction(MAE) for polysaccharides from Auricularia auricular(PAA).The correlation in the temperature,time,microwave power and pH of solution were studied.By the SAS software,the optimum conditions of MAE of PAA can be concluded as temperature 95°C,time 25min,microwave power of 860W and pH 7.0.Under the optimum conditions,the yield of PAA is up to 16.53%.
