摘要
在全显色结构的基础上,设计满足三组纬全显色的缎纹过渡基本组织,通过配置三组纬色彩组合及比例来探讨该类提花织物的混色特征。建立以红黄绿为色彩组合的12枚组织和24枚组织的三组纬色卡,对比12枚组织试样与24枚组织试样的色彩效果,分析12枚组织试样实物和模拟图的色彩差异,揭示三组纬同时全显色时的混色效果。混色结果表明:织物混色与计算机混色原理的差异导致实物与模拟图的色彩存在一定差距,但基于全显色结构的三组纬提花织物具有独特的混色特征,具有不可替代性,其混合色彩规律的研究为该类提花织物的色彩仿真和创新设计提供依据。
On the basis of full-color structure, designing satin transition basic weave with triple-weft all-color structure, the color mixture characteristics of this kind of jacquard fabric can be calculated through both three wefts color compound mode and proportion of color wefts. With red-yellow-green color combination as a representative of 12-shaft and 24-shaft triple-weft color table, comparing color representation of 12-thaft to 24-shaft's, analyzing chromatism between 12-shatf fabric sample picture and simulated image, calculating color mixture effect of three wefts in full-color structure. As the results of color mixture experiment showing: There is certain chromatism, because of different color mixture principle in fabric and computer, between fabric picture and simulated image. However, these characteristics of color mixture in triple-weft jacquard fabric are unique and irreplaceable. The research of color mixture in full-color structure provides a reference for color imitation and innovation designing of this kind of jacquard fabric.
