摘要
为克服圆管类钣金件用传统方法展开下料时误差大、效率低的不足,通过建立数学模型,在AutoCAD平台上利用二次开发语言AutoLISP编程,研究开发了圆管类钣金件展开放样系统,根据钣金件的分类创建用户菜单和帮助命令,方便用户操作,以实现钣金件的自动、准确、快速展开。
The use of circular tube sheet metal is low efficient and terribly unprecise under traditional lofting system.In order to overcome the problems,a mathematic model is set up.The author makes use of the second Auto LISP programme on the platform of Auto CAD and develops a lofting system.The lofting system of sheet metal presented in this paper can develop automatically,exactly and rapidly by the usage of computer technology.
