摘要
以明亮发光杆菌作为指示生物,将固定化技术、生物传感器技术与发光细菌毒性检测技术有机结合,研究并设计了便于保存和携带的生物膜组件,大大提高了现场的检测效率,同时分析了Pb2+、Cr6+、Cd2+、Hg2+、Cu2+对发光细菌的毒性作用.实验表明,不同毒性物质对发光细菌的抑制作用不同,各种受试物的毒性从大至小依次为Hg2+>Cd2+>Cr6+>Pb2+>Cu2+,该传感器与传统实验方法具有较高的相关性.
The combination of immobilization technique,biosensor technique and of toxicity monitoring technique based on bioluminescent bacteria and by using photobacterium phosphoreum T3 as indicator,an easy,quick,sensitive biosensor system for monitoring acute bio-toxicity is built in this study.By designing the convenient saving and carrying membrane module which could greatly improving the field detection efficiency,and analyzing the toxicity of the Pb2+、Cr6+、Cd2+、Hg2+、Cu2+ for bioluminescent bacteria.It can be concluded that there is difference among toxicants in the inhibition rate of bacterial luminescence,the toxicity order of all sorts of subjects is Hg2+ Cd2+ Cr6+ Pb2+ Cu2+,the biosensor system is relevant to the traditional methods.
