摘要
阐述了蔬菜标准化有助于提高出口蔬菜国际市场竞争力的观点。通过农业部推出创建蔬菜标准化园活动及多年来逐步推进标准化建设实践经验与取得的效果,论述了标准化体系对于提高品质、缔造品牌、提高生产率、节本增效、菜农增收的基础作用;在剖析产品生产全过程的基础上,指出了标准化是提升蔬菜产品市场竞争力的有效措施,并强调了实施蔬菜标准化对产品市场竞争的重要性。
The standardization of export-vegetable production could help enhance its products" competitiveness in the international market. The standardization practice includes vegetable garden construction, variety selection, production management, post-harvest handling and so forth; and plays an important role in improving vegetable quality, brand development, productivity and profit. Some effective measures are put forward on the basis of the production analysis in this paper.
