摘要
对元素粉末热压法制备的体积分数为12%5μm SiCp/7090Al复合材料销与40Cr盘摩擦副和铝青铜销与40Cr盘摩擦副试样,在驻退液浸渍条件下的湿摩擦磨损性能进行了试验研究。结果表明,在本试验的条件下,复合材料的磨损减重小于铝青铜,其与40Cr盘之间的摩擦系数较铝青铜要小,而且复合材料销与40Cr摩擦面的粗糙度也好于铝青铜-40Cr。
The 12vol.% 5 μm SiCp/7090Al pin was produced by element powder hot-pressing method.The wet friction and wear properties of the composite material pin-40Cr friction pair sample and Aluminun Brozen pin-40Cr friction pair sample were studied under impregnating condition in the brake fluid.The results showed that the composite material friction weight reduction was smaller than the Aluminun Brozen friction weight reduction.The friction factor of the composites material and 40Cr plate was smaller than the Aluminum Brozen and 40Cr plate's.The friction surface roughness of the composite material pin and 40Cr were better than the Aluminum Brozen and 40Cr's.
