摘要
东亚国家由于其自身的特点,在气候变化区域合作中展现出巨大潜力。本文从东亚区域气候合作的理论建设入手,分析东亚区域气候合作的基础及困境,试图对东亚气候合作提出粗浅看法。
The East Asian countri es have demonstrated huge potentials in the climate change regional cooperation due to their own features. This article analyses the foundation and predicament of the East Asian region climate cooperation from the theory construction aspect and attempts to make a point on the strategic choice of the East Asian climate cooperation.
