乙烯废水深度处理达标技术研究与应用

摘要 针对齐鲁乙烯废水高钙高盐、可生化性差的特点,通过小试、中试和A/O侧线试验,确定了污污分流、分质处理达标总体改造方案。工业应用和标定结果表明,采用预处理-水解酸化-纯氧曝气-接触氧化-曝气生物滤池(BAF)的工艺处理高盐废水;采用预处理-A/O内循环-砂滤的工艺处理低盐废水,处理后高、低盐废水都可以达到ρ(CODCr)<60 mg/L、ρ(NH3-N)<5 mg/L的技术指标。 In view of the fact that, the ethylene wastewater from Qilu Branch of Co., SINOPEC contains high concentration of calcium and salt, which is hard to be biodegraded, wastewater separation and quality-based treatment was determined through an overall reconstruction scheme of small-scale test, pilot test and A/O side line test. The industrial application and the calibrating result indicated that, when using pretreatment- hydrolytic acidification-pure oxygen aeration-contact oxidation-BAF process to treat high salinity wastewater; and using pretreatment-A/O internal circulation-sand filtration process to treat low salinity wastewater, the effluent water quality both meet the technical specification ofp(CODcr) 〈 60 mg/L, p(NH3-N) 〈 5 mg/L.
