摘要
阐述了亚磷酸二甲酯酯化工序的过程控制现状;分析了当前流行的基于秤重技术的秤重增量两位控制加秤重减量比值控制方案;讨论了秤重控制方案的不足之处并给出了基于质量流量测量技术的流量比值控制方案;进而引入三氯化磷、甲醇给料压力和酯化反应温度的串级控制,使得酯化工序的过程控制更加稳定安全,生产周期更长,产品收率更高,产品品质更优。对比分析了采用现有酯化工序流程的生产商甚至更加落后的酯化工序的生产商的改造途径,指明了类似流程的改进方向。
The states of current process control of di-methyl phosphite esterification process is described, and the current common technologies based on weighing technology with weighing incremental two decimal control plus weighing decremental ratio control program is analysised, and the disadvantage of the weighing control program is defined, and the mass flow measurement technique based on the ratio of the flow control scheme is proposed, and with introduction of phosphorus tri-chloride, methanol esterification reaction feed pressure and temperature cascade control makes the process of esterification process control much more stable and safe with longer production cycles, higher product yield and better product quality. The improvement means for the current manufactures adopting the existing esterification process or even more behindhand esterification have been compared and analysised, and the improvement orientation for the similar process have been brought forward.
