摘要
为了对行程0~20 mm、输出力-500~500 N的直线电动机,尤其是电液伺服比例阀用电-机械转换器的性能进行准确测试,提出了一种新的阀用电-机械转换器动静态性能测试方法。利用该方法可对被测电机的闭环控制性能进行测试,设计了相应的测试系统。简单的机械结构实现了对具有单向、双向输出能力的电机进行测试,高性能分析系统实现了对被测电机的动态性能的高效测试,所设计的测试方法及测试系统的测试结果与仿真结果一致,证明该测试方法及其测试系统是可信的,为阀用电-机械转换器的试验研究提供了良好的支持。
To accurately test the statie and dynamic performance of linear motor which has stroke 0 - 20 mm and output force -500 - 500 N, especially to electro-mechanical converter (EM) used in electro-hydraulic servo proportional valves, a novel method for testing the static and dynamic performance of EM was proposed. With this method, the performance of the close loop system including the tested motor and the controlled valve can be tested. The test system correspond to the method was designed. Simple mechanical structure meets the test requirements of signal-way and two-way movement EM. High performance analysis system in the test system can test the dynamic performance of the tested motor efficiently. The test results with the designed system based on the proposed method was highly consistent with the finite element method analysis results. This proved both the test method and system be credible. The method provides good support for experimen- tal study of EM used in electro-hydraulic valves.
