摘要
超声波电动机具有显著的时变非线性,采用自适应控制策略进行转速控制,根据电机特性的变化实时校正控制器参数,能够获得更为理想的控制效果。给出极点配置自校正控制策略,通过在线辨识获取电机系统模型参数的变化情况,据此校正控制器参数,实现了具有较高性能的行波超声波电动机转速闭环控制系统。
Ultrasonic motor has obviously time-varying nonlinearity. Because the parameters of controller were adjusted online according to the change of motor's characteristic, better performance can be obtained by using adaptive control strategy to realize the speed closed-loop control. A self-tuning pole assignment speed control strategy was proposed. The parame- ters of motor system were identified online, and the controller was designed online according to the identified parameters of motor. The design process of the controller was showed, and the higher performance speed closed-loop control of traveling wave ultrasonic motor was achieved.
