摘要
探讨了中心城市突发事件救援中大批量伤员的收治医院分配策略,以武汉市为例,通过模拟交通与医院分布建立模型,并运用A*算法对大批量伤员运送进行仿真,提出了在建立城市应急救援体系中使用A*算法进行路径规划,科学合理分配伤员收治医院,对制订灾害应急医疗救援预案,提高救治成功率有重要意义。
Taking Wuhan City as an example,hospital distribution strategy of mass wounded personnel in emergencies in central cities was discussed.Distributions of traffic and hospitals were modeled and simulated,A* algorithm was adopted to emulate distribution of mass wounded personnel.The measurement in terms of Path Planning was also proposed using A* algorithm and involved hospitals were reasonably distributed.The proposed strategy is of great significance for formulating the emergency preplan for disasters and improving the success rate in treatment.
