摘要
热处理能明显改善高铬铸铁的组织特别是碳化物的形貌。910℃水淬+450℃回火处理,可使高铬铸铁的基体中析出细小弥散的碳化物从而明显提高其综合力学性能,冲击韧度可达6.3 J/cm2。
Microstructure of high-chromium cast iron,particularly its carbide morphology,can be obviously improved by heat treatment.Water quenching from 910 ℃ plus tempering at 450 ℃ can result in fine and dispersed carbides precipitated in the matrix,thus the overall mechanical properties can be improved,with the impact toughness being as high as 6.3 J/cm2.
