摘要
首钢二炼钢210t大型转炉煤气回收系统是经过改造具有自己特点的OG系统,经过两年多的运行,一方面是安全可靠,一方面吨钢回收量达93m^3/t,属国内先进水平,证明其工艺和装置是成功的。本文在介绍了该厂煤气回收工艺和装置的特点以后,表列了转炉煤气回收的情况,谈到了避免爆炸,保证炉口不冒烟和控制风机不振动所摸索到的经验,最后指出了系统需进一步改进和提高的方面。
The large scale gas recovery system of 210t converter in Steelmaking Works No.2 of SISC having been transformed is a OG system which has its own characteristic.It is shown through 2 years operation that the system is safe and reliable,and can recover gas of 93ms/t steel,and is advanced level in China. All these proves the technology and equipment being successful.After introducing the characters of technology and equipment of gas recovery in this work,this paper lists the basic conditions of the gas recovery and introduces some measures employed for prohibiting explosion and not giving waste gases off from furnace mouth and for making the turbine not vibrate and at last points out some aspects in the system which need improvement and enhancement.
