摘要
随着学分制改革的深入,学生选课的自主性越来越强,研究如何提高高校教学服务的顾客满意度具有重要意义。以顾客满意理论、内部营销理论为基础,分析影响学生选课行为的关键因素,构建高校教学服务高校教学服务的顾客满意模型,以期对高校的教学质量管理工作提供一定的参考。
With the development of the credit system,students have more chooses on the subject independently,so it's vital for university to improve customer satisfaction.Based on the customer satisfaction theory and internal marketing theory,the paper analyzes the major factors that impacts students' choice and studies on the customer satisfaction model in order to improve the teaching quality of the university.
