摘要
针对目前我国大城市地下立体交通的现状,研究开发了箱涵顶进双重置换施工工艺。介绍了箱涵顶进工法的发展历程和现状,阐述了箱涵顶进双重置换工法的基本原理和施工流程。以上海市金山铁路改建工程倪家一组立交桥为背景,通过对地表沉降的影响因素分析,介绍了箱涵顶进双重置换工法的主要安全措施,包括进出洞技术、减摩技术、高精度姿态控制等,结合现场沉降监测资料为现场施工提供实用性建议,并且说明了箱涵顶进双重置换工法的安全性和经济性。
Aiming at the present situation of underground multi-dimensional transport project in modern cities,one kind of construction craft was given birth named dual-replacement construction method of box culvert jacking.The basic principle and construction process of this new method were expounded,while the history of developed box culvert jacking method was reviewed.The main safety precaution of dual-repalcement construction method were presented,based on the reconstruction project of Jinshan railway overpass and the analysis of the factors causing ground subsidence.The safety precaution included the technology of accessing holes,reducing friction and high precision attitude control.Meanwhile,the monitoring data helped to give advices for the construction work and prove the safety performance and the economic efficiency of the dual-repalcement construction method of box culvert jacking.
