基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱在临床微生物领域的应用进展 被引量:6

摘要 在临床微生物实验室,革兰染色、菌落形态、显微镜检查、选择培养基的生长特点、各种手工或自动的生化试验是细菌、酵母、真菌的主要鉴定方法。这些方法依赖细菌生产代谢过程,需要长时间的孵育,一般需要24~48h,不能满足临床对感染患者的快速诊断和适当的治疗。分子生物学方法、细菌核糖体(16SrRNA)基因序列分析、实时荧光定量PCR检测特定的基因被认为是替代方法,但这些技术复杂、耗费高,不适用于临床微生物实验室的检测工作。
