摘要
针对华丰煤矿巨厚砾岩覆岩运动引起的冲击地压灾害现状,分析了离层注浆控制覆岩运动的作用机理,并结合矿井离层注浆工程实例,探讨了离层注浆技术在冲击危险矿井中防灾减沉的作用效果。覆岩离层通过注浆充填,可使地表减沉率达50%以上,能有效地控制离层上覆岩层的垮落运动,大大减轻了因巨厚砾岩断裂引起的冲击地压危险。作为一种积极主动治理矿井灾害的方法,离层注浆技术实现了煤矿安全绿色开采,取得了明显的经济效益和社会效益。
According to current situation of rock burst induced by super-thick conglomerate strata movement in Huafeng mine,the mechanism of grouting bed separation to control overlying strata movement is analyzed.In combination with grouting bed separation engineering practice,application effect of grouting bed separation technology in coal mine with potential rock burst is discussed.By grouting bed separation,the reducing subsidence coefficient is over 50%.Grouting bed separation provided effective control overlying strata collapse movement,so that hazards of rock burst induced by super-thick conglomerate strata fracture and collapse are greatly diminished.As a positive method to control mine disaster,grouting bed separation technology implemented safety and green mining and obtained obvious economic,social benefits.
