摘要
目的探讨益母草注射液联合催产素预防产后出血的疗效。方法选用成都市第六人民医院100例产妇,随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组于产后给予催产素20U肌内注射、益母草注射液1mL宫颈注射,对照组给予催产素20U肌内注射,分别观察两组的产后出血量、产前产后血压、心率进行比较。结果试验组产后2h出血量为(168.1±69.3)mL,产后24h出血量为(226.3±64.2)mL;对照组产后2h出血量为(207.3±74.8)mL,产后24h出血量为(264.0±78.1)mL,两组血压、心率比较无显著性差异。结论益母草注射液联合催产素用药可减少产后出血,且无明显副反应发生。
Objective Study the curative effect of combination of Leonurus Heterophyllus Injection with Pitocin to prevent postpartum hemorrhage.Methods We selected 100 parturient women from The Sixth People＇s Hospital of Chengdu,divided them into experimental group and control group randomly.During postnatal period,we gave intermuscular injection of Pitocin 20u and cervix uteri injection of Leonurus Siribicus Inoculation 1ml to experiment group while only intermuscular injection of Pitocin 20u to control group,then observing the hemorrhage quantities,blood pressure and heartbeat of the two groups separately and comparing the results.Results For experimental group,postnatal 2 hours hemorrhage quantity is（168.1±69.3）mL,postnatal 24 hours hemorrhage quantity is（226.3±64.2）mL.While for control group,postnatal 2 hours hemorrhage quantity is（207.3±74.8）mL,postnatal 24 hours hemorrhage quantity is（264.0±78.1）mL.There is no signif icant difference of blood pressure and heartbeat.Conclusion Combine Leonurus Heterophyllus Injection with Pitocin may reduce postpartum hemorrhage quantity,while there is no obvious side reaction occurrence.
