摘要
目的:探讨双钢板治疗Schatzker Ⅴ、Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折的疗效。方法:2005年3月至2009年11月对我院28例Schatzker Ⅴ、Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折患者进行内外侧双钢板固定。对术后并发症及骨折愈合情况、膝关节功能进行随访,分析其手术疗效。结果:28例患者均获得随访6.2-23.7个月,平均随访18.6个月,骨平均愈合时间3.7个月(3-7个月),均获得骨性愈合,全组无切口感染及皮肤坏死,未见内固定断裂或松动。术后膝关节功能参照HSS评分系统评分平均90分(81-94分)。结论:双钢板固定治疗Schatzker Ⅴ、Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折能提供可靠固定,允许膝关节早期进行功能锻炼,是治疗Schatzker Ⅴ、Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折的有效方法。
Objective： To study the surgical outcomes of schatzker type V and Ⅵ tibia plateau fractures using dual plating method.Method： Between March 2005 and November 2009,28 patients with schatzker type V and Ⅵ tibia plateau fractures were treated with dual plating method.Fracture healing and postopera-tive complications were noted.Functional outcomes were assessed according to the HSS scoring system.Result： 28 cases were followed up for an average of 18.6 months.All the fractures healed without implantbreaking or loosening.The average healing time was 3.7 months（range,3-7 months）.Wound inflection aswell as skin necrosis was not found in any case.The HSS score averaged 90 points（range,81-94）.Con-clusion： Dual plating method can provide reliable fixation for Schatzker type V and Ⅵ tibia plateau fractures which enables early rehabilitation.
