摘要
我国溃疡性结肠炎的发病率呈逐年增高的趋势。已知多重因素导致了溃疡性结肠炎的发生发展,精神心理因素也起到了重要的作用。了解精神心理因素对溃疡性结肠炎患者的影响是很必要的,及时识别精神心理因素并积极干预治疗可以缓解病情进展、改善患者的生活质量。本文即对精神心理因素与溃疡性结肠炎的关系进行综述。
The prevalence of ulcerative colitis has been increased annually in China.Multiple determinants induce the occurrence and development of this disease.Among these factors,mental-psychological disorders play an important role.It is necessary for us to know the mental-psychological impact on the patients with ulcerative colitis.Recognition and intervention of mental-psychological disorders in these patients may relieve the progression of disease and improve the quality of life.This review focuses on the relationship between mental-psychological factors and ulcerative colitis.
