骨髓间充质干细胞修复肺损伤研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 骨髓间充质干细胞(bone marrow mesenchymalstem cells,BMSCs)也称骨髓基质来源干细胞,是一种具有多向分化潜能的干细胞,在体外较易分离、纯化和扩增,具有多能性。近来报道BMSCs对肺组织损伤修复也具有一定的作用。以下就近年来BMSCs在肺损伤治疗方面的研究作一综述。一、MSCs的生物学特性1.MSCs的表面标记:BMSCs起源于中胚层,是存在于骨髓基质内的非造血细胞来源的细胞亚群,为贴壁生长细胞,
