NF-κB和Galectin-3在PCOS患者窗口期子宫内膜的表达及意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察PCOS患者促排卵治疗后着床窗口期子宫内膜NF-κB和Galectin-3的表达。方法:选择2010年8月~2011年1月郑州大学第三附属医院PCOS患者12例(PCOS组),选择同期其他原因不孕妇女自然周期11例(对照组),着床窗口期取子宫内膜进行NF-κB和Galectin-3免疫组化染色,并进行统计学分析。结果:PCOS组着床窗口期子宫内膜NF-κB和Galectin-3表达均低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:PCOS患者的着床窗口期子宫内膜呈现NF-κB和Galectin-3低表达,可能使子宫内膜容受性下降,与PCOS患者内分泌紊乱纠正后仍出现妊娠率低、流产率高的不良妊娠结局有关。 Objective:To observe the expressions of Nuclear factor kappa B(NF-κB) and Galectin-3 in the endometrium of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) during implantation window phase after ovulation induction treatment. Methods:12 cases with PCOS(PCOS group) and 11 infertile women because of other factors(control group) were selected from the hospital from August 2010 to January 2011,then the endometrium samples were obtained during implantation window phase for immunohistochemical staining of NF-κB and Galectin-3;statistical analysis was performed. Results:The expression levels of NF-κB and Galectin-3 during implantation window phase in PCOS group were significantly lower than those in control group(P0.01). Conclusion:The expression levels of NF-κB and Galectin-3 during implantation window phase in patients with PCOS are low,which may reduce the receptivity of endometrium,and it may be related to the relapse of adverse pregnancy outcomes(low pregnancy rate and high abortion rate) after correcting endocrine disorders of patients with PCOS.
