摘要
目的:通过四年来对江都市盐业公司碘盐及居民户食用盐中碘含量的监测分析,了解江都市阶段消除碘缺乏病(IDD)后居民户食用盐状况,对于可持续消除碘缺乏病具有指导意义,同时也为今后制定相应的防治对策提供依据。方法:市疾控中心血防科2008年-2011年对市区盐库及周边9个乡镇32个行政村的居民户进行抽样检测,检测项目为食用盐中碘含量。结果:共采集市盐业公司碘盐378份,合格率100%,居民户食用盐1152份,四年总的碘盐合格率98.52%。结论:我市市场销售的碘盐质量合格、稳定,居民碘盐合格率、碘盐覆盖率、合格碘盐食用率均在90%以上,达到了消除碘缺乏病危害的国家标准,不过仍需加强食用碘盐的宣传教育,以便更好的巩固我市消除碘缺乏病的工作成绩。
Objective:With the monitoring analysis of iodine content in edible salt from Jiangdu salt company and residents,the quality of edible salt at this stage,when the IDD has been eliminated partly,has been learned.The analysis is useful for eliminating IDD completely and making policies for preventing IDD.Methods: From 2008 to 2011,the department of schistosomiasis prevention and control of CDC has sampled edible salt from Jiangdu Salt Company,9 rural towns and 32 administrative villages around Jiangdu Town,and the Laboratory Department of Jiangdu CDC tested the content of iodine in salt.Results: 378 samples of iodized salt from salt company were collected,100% of which is qualified;1152 samples of iodized salt from residents were collected through 4 years,98.52% of which is qualified.Conclusion: The quality of iodized salt in Jiangdu salt market is stable.The rates of qualified iodized salt,iodized salt coverage and the ebible rate of qualified iodized salt are more than 90%,which reach the national standard made to eliminate IDD.However,it is necessary to strengthen propaganda and education of people using iodized salt,which can consolidate the success we have reached in eliminating IDD.
