腰椎骨纤维结构不良PET阳性显像一例 被引量：2

摘要 患者男，53岁，因“2个半月前无明显诱因下出现腰背部疼痛不适并逐渐加剧”入院。入院时体格检查：腰部活动稍受限，腰骶部无压痛，皮肤触痛觉正常，无皮肤色素沉着。腰椎CT示：L4椎体右后部近椎弓根处见一软组织密度占位，向后突出硬膜外腔，硬膜囊受压，其内可见点状钙化。腰椎MRI示：L4椎体及右侧椎弓根骨质信号异常，
