摘要
目的:评价机械性踝关节不稳(mechanical ankle instability,MAI)患者踝屈、伸肌群的等速肌力。方法:20名单侧机械性踝关节不稳患者的双侧踝关节分别接受等速肌力测试(60°/s和120°/s)。比较患侧和健侧踝关节屈、伸肌群相对峰力矩、平均功率、总功和屈伸力矩比的差异。结果:60°/s时,两侧伸肌群相对峰力矩、平均功率及总功的差别均无统计学意义(P=0.303,P=0.548,P=0.452),屈肌群相对峰力矩、平均功率和屈伸力矩比均无显著性差异(P=0.417,P=0.275,P=0.870),但屈肌群总功有显著性差异(P=0.043)。120°/s时,两侧伸肌群相对峰力矩、平均功率及总功差别均无统计学意义(P=0.096,P=0.069,P=0.233),但屈肌群相对峰力矩、平均功率、总功和屈伸力矩比有显著性差异(P=0.030,P=0.043,P=0.017,P=0.036)。结论:机械性踝关节不稳患者患侧踝关节跖屈肌群快速运动时肌力下降,这可能与其踝关节稳定性有关。
Objective To evaluate the isokinetic performance of ankle flexor and extensor in patients with mechanical ankle instability(MAI).Methods A controlled study was done in 20 patients with unilateral MAI(group instability containing 20 ankles with MAI,and group control containing the contralateral 20 asymptomatic ankles).The ankle flexor and extensor of all patients received the isokinetic testing(60 deg/s and 120 deg/s).The relative peak torque,total work,average power,and the flexion–extension ratio(F/E)were recorded and calculated.Results At the isokinetic speed of 60 deg/s,no significant differences in all data of extensor were seen between the two groups.The P values of relative peak torque,total work,and the average power were 0.303,0.548 and 0.452 respectively.No significant differences for the relative peak torque and the average power of extensor were seen between the two groups.The P values were 0.417 and 0.275 respectively.No significant difference for the F/E was seen(P = 0.870).The only significant difference for the total work of flexor was seen between the two groups(P = 0.043).At the isokinetic speed of 120 deg/s,no significant differences in the all data of extensor were seen between the two groups,the P value of relative peak torque,total work,average power,and the F/E were 0.096,0.069 and 0.233 respectively,but significant differences in all the data of flexor and F/E were seen between the two groups.The P value of relative peak torque,average power,total work,and the F/E were 0.030,0.043,0.017 and 0.036 respectively.Conclusion Dysfunction of ankle flexor in the patient with MAI could be identified with quick isokinetic testing,which was considered to be related to the ankle instability.
