恶性纤维组织细胞瘤及转移瘤3.0T磁共振磷谱研究 被引量:7

Phosphorus magnetic resonance spectroscopy at 3.0 Telsa in malignant fibrous histiocytoma and metastatic tumor

摘要 目的探讨3.0T磁共振对恶性纤维组织细胞瘤及转移瘤的成像特征,并分析其相应磁共振31P波谱特点。方法对10名健康成年人(对照组),6例恶性纤维组织细胞瘤患者(恶纤组)及8例转移瘤患者(转移瘤组)行3.0T磁共振常规扫描及单体素磷谱检查,分析其影像特征及代谢产物特点。结果与对照组比较,恶纤组磷酸肌酸(phosphocreatine,PCr)面积、总三磷酸腺苷(adenosine triphosphate,ATP)、PCr峰高、PCr/无机磷(inorganicphosphorus,Pi)下降,磷酸单酯(phosphomonoesterase,PME)峰高、pH值、PME/三磷酸核苷(nucleoside triphosphate,NTP)、-βATP/Pi升高(P<0.05);转移瘤组PCr面积、PCr峰高、PCr/Pi、PCr/NTP、PCr/-βATP下降,pH值、PME/NTP、磷酸二酯/NTP升高(P<0.05);恶纤组及转移瘤组各代谢物及其相关比值比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 3.0T磁共振对恶性纤维组织细胞及转移瘤显像清晰,磷谱特征可帮助分析其肿块组织的生化信息。 Objective To investigate the phosphorus magnetic resonance spectroscopy at 3.0 Telsa imaging features of malignant fibrous histiocytoma and metastatic tumors and to analyze the corresponding 31P magnetic resonance spectroscopy features.Methods Phosphorus magnetic resonance spectroscopy at 3.0 Telsa and single voxel phosphorus spectrum examination were performed in 10 healthy adults,6 cases of malignant fibrous histiocytoma and 8 cases of metastases to analyze the imaging features and metabolites characteristics.Results The phosphocreatine area,total adenosine triphosphate,peak height of phosphocreatine and ratio of phosphocreatine to inorganic phosphorus decreased,and the peak height of phosphomonoesterase,pH,ratio of phosphomonoesterase to nucleoside triphosphate and ratio of β-adenosine triphosphate to inorganic phosphorus increased in malignant fibrous histiocytoma compared with control group.The phosphocreatine area,peak height of phosphocreatine,ratio of phosphocreatine to inorganic phosphorus,ratio of phosphocreatine to nucleoside triphosphate and ratio of phosphocreatine to β-adenosine triphosphate decreased,and pH,ratio of phosphomonoesterase to nucleoside triphosphate and ratio of phosphodiester to nucleoside triphosphate increased in metastases group compared with control group(P0.05).There were no significant differences in the metabolites and relevant ratios between the malignant fibrous histiocytoma group and metastases group(P0.05).Conclusion Phosphorus magnetic resonance spectroscopy at 3.0 Telsa can clearly demonstrate malignant fibrous histiocytoma and metastatic tumor,and phosphorus spectroscopy can help to analyze the biochemical information of tumors.
