摘要
违法建筑的存在是快速城市化进程中一种不良现象。为了对违法建筑进行有效治理,以西方城市治理理论为指导,提出了违法建筑分类治理机制,对深圳市违法建筑治理做实证分析,提出了治理违法建筑的行为及主体管理策略、对象的管理策略,给出了宣传、培训和监督三个方面的保障措施。
Unapproved construction projects are barriers to the rapid urbanization process in China. Under the guidance of western city management theory, the classified governance mechanism on unapproved construction projects is presented. Taking Shenzhen as an example, management strategies focused on the administrator, the employer and the projects are proposed. Supporting measures, such as publicizing, training, and monitoring, are proposed.
