摘要
PE作为一种专注于投资非上市公司股权的投资方式得到快速发展,成为参与产业转型、促进自主创新、推动社会经济发展的一个新兴的资本力量。本文从广义PE的角度,对PE运作机制中资本来源、治理结构、市场运行方式及其对企业影响等方面的研究观点进行了综述。
With the new economic transformation of China,PE keeps the development quickly by the professional investment method focusing the non-public company. It has become a new important capital force for promoting the industry transition,independent innovation and social economy development.From the perspective of broad-sense PE,the paper reviews the literatures of the studies for the operation mechanism of PE： the capital resource,the governance structure,the market-running method and the financial effect for enterprise,etc.
