摘要
对8个灵芝菌株菌丝体多糖含量进行了比较,结果表明,灵芝B菌株菌丝体多糖含量较高;通过单因素试验和正交试验,从提取温度、料液比、提取次数、提取时间4个因素研究该菌株菌丝体多糖提取条件,得出最优提取条件为水提温度85℃,料液比1∶10(g/mL),水提时间2 h,提取次数2次;在此条件下,灵芝菌丝体多糖得率为57.82%。
Eight Ganoderma strains were evaluated on submerged culture mycelial polysaccharide contents, highest polysaccharide contents were recorded with a strain of G.lucidum (strain B). Using monofactorial and orthogonal test to study optimum conditions for extracting polysaccharide from submerged culture mycelium of G. lucidum, the conditions included extracting temperature, sample water ratio, extracting times, extracting time. The optimum conditions were extracting temperature 85℃, sample water ratio 1:10 (g/mL), extracting times 2 times, extracting time 2 h and the extraction rate of polysaccharides reached to 57.82 %.
